ELECTRICITY SUPPLY PENSION SCHEME
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SCHEME MEMBERS
Notice is hereby given that the twenty-seventh Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Scheme will be held in the auditorium at Freshfields offices at 65 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1HS on Wednesday 7 October 2009 commencing at 1.30pm.
Please see the formal notice attached.
Some members may have received an earlier notification of the date of the meeting through a company or group trustees newsletter but of course no agenda or resolution.
Some Group trustees or administrators have regrettably not issued the formal notification to their members either as deliberate policy or simply by omission.Please support the two motions by motion by Dave Laws and Jack Andrews by completing the attached proxy forms and returning them to the Secretary of the Scheme at the address given on the proxy form, which you can download using the links below.

Electricity Supply Pension Scheme Annual MeetingThe Annual Meeting of the ESPS will be held on Wednesday 15 October in the auditorium at the Offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer 65 Fleet Street London EC4Y 1HS Please see the formal notice is attached.
